Distance: Swim 750 meters, Bike 12.4 miles, Run 3.1 miles

First triathlon in years for Todd (over 25 years...) turned into a big competition between a daughter and her dad. Zee finished 19 seconds ahead of Todd ( Zee 1:30:58, Todd 1:31:17).

Description:

Swim - 1/4 Mile.     Triangle. Lake Swim in the Crystal clear waters of Marsh Creek State Park.
Bike   - 12.5 Miles.  Moderately hilly and scenic. Some technical turns.
Run    - 2 miles.       Out and Back cours
